Arm balancing and inversions
This workshop will cover the different components that it takes to move your body into arm balances and inversions.
The core of what we will cover is
Shoulder mobility
Core strength
Hip and hamstring mobility
Arm strength
For most of us this type of movement is very difficult and takes time and patience to master this type of movement. I will cover Crow, side crow, forearm balance and handstand. These poses took me years to be able to do, and this time has given me a good understanding of these poses.
This class will teach foundation movements you can practice to advance to the more physically demanding poses. This will be a fun and playful workshop for those who want to start to learn more about this type of movement.
