Join us for a relaxed and welcoming evening of breath, voice and mantra. Through gentle humming, simple chants and quiet moments of reflection, we explore how sound can calm the mind and bring the body into a natural state of ease.

No singing experience or mantra knowledge is needed — everything is softly guided and easy to follow.  The opposite of performance, this is a practice offered from the heart

Together we’ll move through grounding breath, vocal toning and simple mantra songs, with pauses for silence after each practice so the vibrations can settle deeply.

Many people leave these evenings feeling calmer, more centred and uplifted.

Whether this is your first experience of chanting or something you already love, you are warmly welcome.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate.
