Introduction to Ashtanga
Experience an informal and relaxed introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga practice with Ali and Paul. The class will start with an overview of the Ashtanga ‘system’, clearing common misconceptions, describing and discussing each of the eight limbs before moving through a practice incorporating Pranayama and a beginners selection of the Primary Series of asana.
Expect to integrate your mind, body and soul whilst delving into this breath led practice structured to deliver mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
