- **Event Description**: Due to demand I have put on another date for equinox celebrations. 

For me the Autumn equinox is about celebrating balance. It is the time of year when we have an equal amount of day and night - we have the balance of light and dark, so why not honour that balance?

There will be:

sound healing
meditation
sacred herbal teas (to aid meditation)
journaling
gentle relaxing & balancing breathwork

All ceremonies held in my studio are intimate - never more than 8 people.

I am holding this ceremony in the evening because I want us to begin in the evening light and finish when it is dark. It will be the ultimate relaxing evening.

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and cushions/pillows.

A journal/notebook and a pen would also be useful.
