Set your intention for the coming year, then ease into a candlelit Winter Solstice Hatha yoga practice - an hour of mindful movement designed to spark your inner light, welcome the warmth of connection & honor the presence we offer one another. End your evening with a cozy cup of herbal tea before you make your way home.
