In this 1.5-hour class, each guest will receive all the ingredients necessary to build a beautiful charcuterie board. Dana of Boards by Dana/The Grazing Room will guide you through expert techniques on how to expertly cut, style, and arrange the ingredients for maximum impact. We’ll also dive into ingredient selection, board balance, perfect pairings, and helpful tips to elevate your presentation.
