Yin Yoga is for you whether you want to replenish your energy after feeling fatigued or whether you are seeking tranquillity after feeling overly stimulated from hectic daily life.
So if you feel like recovering inner peace and reducing stress, Yin Yoga is the practice for you! The practice will offer you inner calm as you move deep into your body through the stretches to reach a natural meditative state.

Badria's love of yoga was ignited from the moment she began attending yoga classes in 2011. In fact, she has always been fond of sports, enjoying everything from running to gym and team sports. The yoga practice provided her strength, peace, and joy, and she instantly felt a desire to continue along this path.
It was through her yoga practice that she was exposed to and began to deeply appreciate meditation, and she sought out opportunities to attend meditation workshops. Not soon after, she broadened her knowledge by becoming a certified Reiki healer. Finally in 2016, she was introduced to the yin yoga style. Badria felt connected to this practice by the combination it offers of yoga postures, stretching and meditation.Convinced by the benefits of this special blend, she pursued a teacher training certificate specializing in yin yoga, which she received in 2017.
Badria enjoys sharing the many benefits of yin yoga with others and feels grateful for the opportunity to bring its powerful healing capacities for the body and mind to others. She seeks to create a warm and open ambiance in which her teaching experience can create a precious experience for each and every participant.
