Tai Chi class
Tai Chi Chuan (Supreme Ultimate Fist) also called meditation in movement, is an ancient Chinese slow and gentle form of exercise originally created as a martial art and practiced for both its defense training and health benefits. Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body; it is easy to learn and doesn’t demand any unusual body movements that are not within the range of standard movements.
