Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) provides systematic training to bring mindfulness into daily life. It is both an educational & highly experiential program. This course is the gold standard in mindfulness based training. Participants will learn how to use mindfulness skills in diverse contexts, including relationships, work, managing physical symptoms & daily self-care as they are supported to enter into a new relationship with the present moment.
