Vegan Indian Street Food prepared by FA DI
Garam Hai is is an authentic Indo-Asian street food project aiming to deliver proper street food the same way i experienced it in my travels.
On the menu and in one platter:
- Aloo Samosa: spiced potatoes stuffed in a crispy fried dough
- Manchurian Pakhodas: fried shredded veggies in spiced chickpea batter
- Lentil soup from the Indian French colony of Pondicherry
- Coconut Chutney
- Red Chutney
- Green Chutney
- Boondi Raita: yogurt topped with fried chickpea puffs, pomegranate seeds, and coriander.
