تاء ساكنة Ta' Sakena


Ta' Sakena is a theater performance based on the stories of a year long theater workshop with 12 Female caregivers of children who frequent the Children's clinic at Abassia Public Mental Health Hospital. This theatrical piece takes audiences on a journey of Motherhood interrupted by depression, mental health and femininity.

Set up This performance takes place in the round.

The performance will be followed by a panel discussion on mental health and the use of drama to highlight gender issues and concerns.
