Truffle Dinner at Wheeler's

A truffle dinner to die for! Wheeler's are now developing the menu for our truffle dinner. Last year's dinner was amazing: scallop, quail, venison and dessert. The flavours were beautiful, service excellent, and you get to meet the truffle producers and find out how they grow. A set menu is currently being created and a selection of matched wines will also be available, as well as an extensive wine list.

Enjoy a sumptuous five course dinner featuring Gulaga Gold truffles, freshly unearthed from the rich soils beneath the grove of oak and hazel trees at the base of Mount Gulaga. Truffiere owners and custodians, Alan Burdon and Fiona Kotvojs will give a fascinating insight into truffles and truffle farming to enhance the night.

Come and join us for an evening to remember when Wheeler's turns exclusively to all things black truffle, for one night only.

Make it a real fungi weekend and book a truffle hunt, a kayak and fungi tour, grow your own mushroom lessons, or a fungi photography workshop along with your dinner.
