Join us for a nourishing evening as we welcome the grounding energy of autumn.

Through soothing sound, we’ll invite the body to soften and the mind to settle, creating space to slow down, release what no longer serves, and reconnect within…with @blakehaverhh at INU Clinic Merimbula (Opposite SportsPower).

Afterwards, we’ll move into the warmth of the sauna at @safirhouse.merimbula where heat and stillness support deep restoration and inner balance.

A space to unwind, reset, and align with the slower rhythm of the season.
