Come along to this beautiful and fun Autumn Equinox celebration at Bemboka Hall.
We will welcome the change of season through movement (including dancing), using essential oils to let go of the unimportant and bring on positive and creative changes. The intentions set around this time will stay with you throughout autumn and carry into winter.
This active meditation particularly suits all those people who can't sit still, allowing us to find stillness through movement. The process is done blindfolded, giving us an opportunity for a full expression, creativity and fun.
