Served at 1.30pm in the Ilex Room at the Courtyard Café, choose from roasted venison haunch, butter-basted turkey or a nut roast, all served with classic Sunday roast favourites including buttered kale, braised carrots, seasonal vegetable gratin, roast potatoes, stuffing and Yorkshire pudding.

Wild Venison will be served with rich bone gravy, while the nut roast comes with onion gravy.

Pre-booked tickets include entry to the Gardens, so why not make a day of it and enjoy an autumn stroll around Holker before or after your meal?

The Ilex Bar will also be open, serving a selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks to accompany your roast.

Gluten-free options are available on request, and dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
