Cumbrian Wool Gathering is a celebration of fibre, yarn, and creative spirit. Our mission is to champion the many ways wool can be used, with a special spotlight on the richness and heritage of British wool.

Every June we welcome makers, artists, and wool enthusiasts from near and far to spend a weekend immersed in inspiration and fluff.

From knitting and crochet to spinning, felting, and weaving, there’s something here for every wool lover. And it's set against a breathtaking landscape.

We have over 80 exhibitors, an exciting range of workshops, and an opportunity to meet the animals that produce all that wool.

Join us for a weekend surrounded by friendly faces, stunning scenery, and all the woolly goodness you could wish for.
