Swim as much as 500m in the cooling waters with paddler and motor boat safety cover. Wetsuits area advised along with neoprene gloves, socks and Puffin tow floats. Skin swimmers are welcome, but should be acclimatised to cold water.

Following your swim you can recover in the café with a free bowl of the dive centres tasty chips and hot drink.
