If the event is oversubscribed, priority will be given to those who have registered with NHS emails, and you may find your ticket will be cancelled.There will be a photographer present at the event and photos will be used in NATH promotional content. Should you not wish to be photographed please let us know at reception and let the photographer know if they are taking an individual/group photo you are in.You will receive a certificate for your attendance. Please allow two weeks for this to be delivered to your inbox. We would advise checking your junk mail before contacting NATH for your certificate at alliance.hub1@nhs.netCancellation PolicyIf you cancel with more than 5 working days' notice, there will be no charge.If you cancel within 5 working days and we cannot fill the space, then you/your organisation will still be charged £45. If you do not cancel and do not attend then you/your organisation will be charged £45.If you are leaving your organisation or you have a member of staff due to leave, it is your/your organisation's responsibility to inform NATH of this. This is to ensure that your place is cancelled with more than 5 working days before the event date, so your place will be freed up and you will not incur any costs.
