Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche (How to Transform Your Life)

In this 4-week series of classes, we will explore Buddha’s teachings about the mind itself in order that we can all learn how to cultivate and maintain the peaceful mind we all crave.

Topics include:

What is the mind? (2 June)
Clear mind (9 June)
Root mind (16 June)
Positive mind (23 June)
Each class is self-contained, so you are welcome to drop in when you can. No previous experience is needed — everyone is welcome.

During the class there is an opportunity to ask questions and you are welcome to stay afterwards for refreshments.
The classes are offered in-person on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm at Middle Street Resource Centre

£7.00 per class (£24 for four-week course)
Free for members
Booking not essential, payment can be made on arrival (card or cash payments welcome).
