- **Event Description**: It’s time to give your favourite old outfit or new-to-you op shop clothes a new life. In this class, we’ll go over ways you can add some colour and fun to any outfit, using a variety of trims, lace and other haberdashery.
Upcycling clothes is a great way to get more wear out of any outfit and helps use up all that beautiful haberdashery sitting at home!
 

What we will cover:
Making your own trims and bias binding
Sewing trims and ribbons
Hand and machine sewing lace
Making simple applique
Patching and covering damage

Come join us at the Sewing Lair in Beenleigh to gain some new skills and create something unique.
