As the year begins to wind down, join me for a peaceful evening of sound and reflection.
“Gratitude & Grace” is about honouring the year that has been — embracing the lessons, celebrating growth, and gently releasing what no longer serves you. Together, we’ll create space for renewal and invite fresh, light energy for the months ahead. ?

This session coincides with the third quarter moon, a powerful time for release, transition, and closure. It’s the perfect opportunity to clear emotional clutter, find balance, and realign your heart and energy as you prepare to step into a new cycle.

You’ll be guided through a deeply nurturing sound journey using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks, along with gentle meditations to help you reflect, restore, and renew.

✨ What to Bring
• A yoga mat or something comfy to lie on (wooden floors can get hard)
• Pillow (for under your head or knees – or both)
• Blanket for extra comfort
• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing

This is your time to pause, breathe, and give thanks — for all that has shaped you and all that is yet to come. ?
