The crisp cool air of Autumn invites us inward, to gaze upon the infinite reserve of stillness that is our nature. You are deeply welcome to participate in an evening of yin and sound, during which long-held postures and resonant tones will remind the body and mind of the bliss of deep rest. 
Details: 
Contribution - $80
Time and Date - Thursday 16 April, 6 -8 pm. 
What to bring - Pillows, blankets and comfortable warm clothing - consider what you might need for 2 hours of lying on a hardwood floor.
What’s provided - mat, bolster and eye-pillow; herbal tea and chocolate at the end of the session
What to expect - Think of yin as a yogic modality comprising slow-moving, deep-seated release of the body’s connective tissues; and sound immersion as the tonal environment that supports the nervous system’s complete return to source. Together, your facilitators will support you in full, embodied relaxation.
