Combining a very unique Sound Healing, Meditation, Breathwork and Gentle Yoga Movements with Yin Postures you will experience the Ultimate Long Slow Deep “Work In” ( as opposed to a Workout)

Yin Yoga is a system of passive floor poses held for a period of time, used to maintain healthy connective tissues.

All this in the nurturing surroundings of Black Barn Farm Stanley, North East Victoria.
