About the Trainer:

Archana Amlapure is a certified yoga instructor and certified yoga therapist, with many years experience. She is the health coach/founder of Ojasyoga. Possessing a MSc in Yoga & living, she wants to share her insights.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Minimum 18 years old.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is a public car park nearby.

What if I miss a session, can i get a make-up session? 

The trainer may arrange another make-up session with you at $35 per session.

How soon can I see results?

Results varies among individuals. You can continue personal/group yoga sessions after the program if you feel you need more improvements. The trainer will assess and guide you your options at the last session.
