URBAN YOGIS IS COMING TO THE EAST! Every Monday evening, our classes will combine yoga with elements of resistance training using resistance bands to help you build strength and mobility. Simple, but effective resistance exercises will help to train your muscles to do the work that they should be doing in various yoga postures. Improve the efficiency of your movement and find balance between strength and flexibility.

If you live in the East of the island, then you know that the reservoir is an incredible place to practice. We’ll be on the boardwalk, overlooking the water.
