Women Empowerment Workshop : Breaking The Glass Ceiling

Women face invisible barriers that limit their career growth, whether it’s workplace bias, lack of mentorship, or the challenge of balancing leadership with personal life. This workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and redefine what breaking barriers means for you.

Together, we will unpack real stories, explore practical insights, and hear from women who are challenging norms and paving their own paths to success.

• How do women advocate for themselves in male-dominated spaces?
• What does leadership looks like today, beyond titles and positions?

• Women ready to grow in their careers or step into leadership roles
• Professionals navigating workplace challenges, bias, or self-doubt
• Women who want to lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity

Elevate Her Voice is a platform where the working women can feel comfortable and empowered to openly and authentically share their personal stories, share their point of views based on a meeting theme. We aim to create a SAFE and INCLUSIVE space for women to express themselves. In the process, we also hope to build confident female speakers through storytelling, presentations as well as meaningful group discussions.
