Statistics shows that 80% of illness, Mind is the root cause of the problem.
Hence, on the mental health awareness day , which is on 10th oct , we would starting series of Mindful meditation session on every 2 nd and 4th Friday of the month.
We would be taking to different Meditations techniques like breath meditation, sound meditation, dynamic meditation, cyclic meditation etc.
It is the perfect opportunity to experience Meditation and follow and include it in the daily routine .
