Through sound and stillness, you’ll be gently guided back into your body, to connect with the places within that feel stuck, tense or heavy, and let healing can begin in silence.

You’ll rest in the soothing resonance of Tibetan singing bowls and the deep vibration of the gong. Tuning forks are used together with the bowls to create precise vibrations on meridian points and areas that feel blocked or stagnant. Allow the binaural sound waves and harmonic frequencies to travel through your body, loosening what has been held too tightly and inviting your nervous system to soften. It’s a gentle, trauma-informed way to release emotions and restore inner balance, without forcing anything or revisiting old pain.

To complete the journey, you’ll receive a 30-minute Access Bars® therapy at the end. It is a healing technique where a practitioner gently touches 32 energy points on the head, known as “Bars”. These points store the electromagnetic imprint of our accumulated thoughts, emotions and beliefs. When lightly touched, the brain’s activity naturally slows down from busy beta waves into calmer alpha and theta states. This allows stored energy to be released, helping the nervous system unwind while reducing stress, overthinking and emotional tension, like a reset for the mind.
