Most of us exercise the body but what about the mind and the soul?
So what is the soul? And how do we work with it – refresh it?
The mind too, can be exercised and stilled so we can go within and tap the subconscious mind that knows all about our past lives and what we have chosen for this one! Also we can work with mind exercises to overcome negativity and more.
We will do lots of spiritual yoga practices to control the mind and go within with visualization and learn about advanced meditation.
Bring about harmony with the breath of life – pranayama.
We will practice to nourish the soul with prayer and absent healing.

You will receive notes on all the exercises so you can practice at home.

PRESENTER
Regina Wollschlager’s search for the connection between spirituality and science began at a very young age. This search eventually led her to the Aetherius Society, over 20 years ago. She became the organizer of the JHB Group in 1998 after undergoing extensive training. She has appeared on radio and T.V. programmes and writes regular articles for Yoga and New Age magazines. She also instructs workshops on many Yoga, self - development and Healing subjects.
