Join me for a magical night of movement, connection and calm as we gather to honour the energy of winter — that gentle invitation to slow down, release the rush, and realign with your inner light.
We’ll begin with gentle yoga, breathwork and meditation to melt away tension and bring your body and mind into deep relaxation. Then, you’ll be invited to awaken your senses with a sauna and cold plunge experience — the ultimate reset for your nervous system (and your spirit!).
Once we’re all glowing and grounded, we’ll gather by the fire pit for a festive sharing circle, complete with wine, delicious winter treats and sisterhood connection.
