Join Equity fight director Sam Khan from the International School of Screen Acting and parkour instructor Sam Hudson-Lett as they lead you through some of the basic skills fighting skills for screen. The work will primarily focus on unarmed fighting for film. Learn punches, strikes, kicks and more.
You'll also receive film footage from the workshop. Participants must be 16+ and have medium fitness.
