🧘‍♀️🐾 Paws and Poses is back for 2026!

Join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire on Wednesday, February 25th from 5–6 p.m. for our popular Paws and Poses Yoga Class, a unique, heartwarming hour of gentle yoga alongside adoptable shelter pets!

Thanks to our amazing partnership with The Yoga and Fitness Loft, this class is perfect for all experience levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, our instructor will offer guidance, modifications, and a few furry distractions to make it fun and relaxing.

✨ Cost: $25 per person, and every dollar supports the lifesaving work we do at ARLNH!
