PASTA MAKING WORKSHOP

Date: Saturday, November 8th

Time: 1.30PM - 3.30 PM

Location: The Old School Kitchen, Mile Road, Bedford, MK43 0UQ

£40.00 PER PERSON

In this 2 hour workshop, each participant will work individually to make their own double portion of Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli with a Sage Butter Sauce to take home and enjoy. Whilst the dough rests in the fridge we will demonstrate how the same basic recipe can be easily adapted to create Tagliatelle/Pappardelle Pasta, and participants will also learn how to make a delicious Slow Cooked Tomato Sauce.

Prices include all the ingredients, equipment and packaging needed to make your creations, together with hot and cold soft drinks, a sweet treat to eat and copies of the recipe cards to take home.

No previous experience is required and it’s the perfect activity for young and old alike. Ideal for a friends and family get together or small Team Building event.

PLEASE NOTE: We work hard to ensure we provide a safe and secure cooking environment for our classes. Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 6 per session. Hands should be washed thoroughly before the session starts and as required throughout. Hand sanitiser, wipes and soap and water will be provided for this purpose.
