Middleway Wellness Yoga with Terri

On Fridays 30th January, 13th February and 20th March from 3.00pm onwards, Terri from Middleway Wellness, a holistic breathworks and yoga specialist, will be coming to our home to deliver one of her amazing sessions.

This is her approach:
'Find balance, stillness and spaciousness in your body & mind. I combine hatha yoga with somatic movement and flow sequences in a gentle way, making yoga accessible for every body. With emphasis on lengthening, strengthening and dissolving the layers of tension we accumulate, allow yourself to be guided towards a state of connection and relaxation.
