I bring my own experiences to this course, sharing my journey of implementing the teachings that changed my life into a more joyful, peaceful and happier one.

I try and create a calm, welcoming, safe environment for you to enjoy the 1 hour each week with no obligation to contribute to class, just come listen and meditate, come on your own or with others, your partner, friend, family.

Handouts provided each week but feel free to bring note pad and pen to make your own notes.
