Heart Activation Ceremony

Heart Activation Ceremony combines the magic of Shadow Work Guided Meditation Sound Healing Reiki and Art Therapy to recenter you into your heart frequency

In the ceremony we will go on a journey to meet your heart and listen to what it needs. The space I am holding for you allows you to open up your heart center and anchor in the universal frequencies by creating and painting your own oracle card

Shadow Work will allow you to dig a little deeper into your own energy and reflect what is the current state of your heart and the blocks that are holding you back

Guided Meditation will take you on a journey to open yourself up to the cosmic support that wants to come through and guide you at this time

Sound Healing and Reiki facilitates in removing the stagnant energy/blocks pulling and tugging on your heart

Painting your personal oracle card anchors in the support that you will receive on this journey and cultivates more joy and light heartedness in your space
