- **Event Description**: Join us for our final spring and summer walk programme along the Greensand Ridge Walk. 2026 marks the 40th anniversary of Bedfordshire's premier walking route, and to celebrate this we have a programme of walks along the Greensand Ridge from May to September. Distances vary from 3-9 miles per walk, and it's a great way to discover the walk if you haven't walked it before, or a different way to enjoy it if you're familiar with the route. 

This walk will be a 5.75 mile guided walk. Meet/park at Haynes Village Hall, and we will walk along the Greensand Ridge Walk, through Chicksands Woods and back via Haynes. This walk is run in collaboration with Wooden Hill Coffee at Haynes. We will be stopping at Wooden Hill Coffee around lunch time, so if you are able please consider purchasing coffee/cakes/sourdough toast at Wooden Hill.
