By becoming trained in First Aid, CPR, and other health and safety related subjects you can make a difference in someone's life. It may even be the difference between life and death. 

Our office provides HSI CPR training to ensure all participants are equipped with essential lifesaving skills. HSI training programs are built on the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations published by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). This ensures our training aligns with the most up‑to‑date, evidence‑based practices in emergency cardiovascular care.
