This free community yoga event combines gentle body movements, breathing, and relaxation to help strengthen the body, relieve stress, and improve flexibility. Designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. All participants must sign-in with instructor.  Those who have not previously attended a Parks & Recreation program with us must sign a waiver prior to class. Classes may be canceled due to inclement weather. Those who are pre-registered can receive text notifications if class is canceled or rescheduled to a later date. Pre-registration is encouraged to receive updates and event information.
