This interactive workshop is designed to help you rebuild that confidence, at your own pace and in a supportive space.Join us for a warm, practical session where you'll explore what confidence really means, what can knock it, and simple, realistic steps you can take to grow it again, whether that's speaking up for yourself, setting boundaries, handling difficult situations or simply feeling more like yourself.Through facilitated discussion, real-world scenarios and reflective exercises, you'll leave with practical tools you can use straight away in your home life, work, studies and community. This session is the third in a grassroots programme by Duha Collective, following our workshops on recognising and responding to hate and hostility, and recognising and responding to trauma.
