She has received fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Fine Arts Work Center. She is a professor in the graduate and undergraduate creative writing programs at Sarah Lawrence College and lives in New York City.About Nancy Steiner:Nancy Steiner has produced nonfiction content for network television for 35 years. Her work has appeared on HBO, PBS, CBS, NBC, CNN, and Bravo. She also produced over 50 short pieces for Council on Foreign Relations shown in over 100 countries. In 2019, Nancy converted her interviewing and story telling skills to become a master-certified career/life coach, and created her business, Steiner Coaching Solutions.
