Our ADHD Coffee Morning is a calm, relaxed space designed for connection and conversation — the perfect complement to our main monthly ADHD Support Group.
It’s a place to unwind, chat, and share experiences over coffee in a welcoming environment. This informal meet-up offers a more chilled vibe for those who prefer low-key connection or just want an extra opportunity each month to meet others.
Open to: Adults, families, parents, and carers – no diagnosis required.
