- **Event Description**: Combining Chakra Balancing with Sound Healing, we will explore how sound affects the physical and subtle body. We will use the voice, music and silence as well as the Himalayan & Crystal Bowls and percussion instruments.

Combining enough theory to understand how Sound Healing works, you will rest deeply while the frequencies of the Singing Bowls wash over you - i.e. the term ‘Sound Bath’!

On this Retreat, we will also experience the sound of percussion instruments, like the Buffalo Drum and Chimes and you will have the chance to learn how to play Singing Bowls for Meditation or your own healing journey.
