Beginnings Part 2: 1 day Yoga, nature and creativity retreat

A beautiful day retreat with Helen Roscoe and Angharad Pelling to restore and rejuvenate body and mind as we step into the new season.

As the warmth of summer begins to soften and we move towards autumn, this is a moment — a little like returning to school — to pause, reflect, and embrace the chance to begin again.

We’ll enjoy the shift in seasons through gentle, creative, and mindful practices designed to guide you into this new chapter with intention.

Expect:
Yoga to help you settle into the day guided by Helen
A walk in nature
Seasonal home-cooked lunch
Creative session exploring seasonal change (from sketching still life to painting - creative activity TBC) with Angharad
Yoga nidra and sound healing with Helen and Angharad

Art materials, seasonal food and light refreshments included.
