- **Event Description**: Take a guided tour through the mystic woods of Eryri as we learn how to identify fungi and gain a deeper understanding of coffee.About this EventOur very first Two Islands field trip.This is set to be a idilic morning, hosted alongside our friends from Coaltown Coffee Roasters & Cynan Jones the legendary Eryri mushroom expert. The day will begin in Beddgelert where you’ll be greeted with fresh Two Islands cinnamon buns and coffees from the back of the Coaltown Land Rover.You’ll then be lead by Cynan Jones on a meander through Beddgelert forest to identify the forna and flora of the autumnal forest floor, with the intention of finding a range of edible mushrooms to pick for lunch.A light lunch will be prepared camp-out style by Jack from Two Islands and served alongside coffee brewed by Coaltown specifically selected to pair with the flavours of the day’s pickings. (unfortunately we cannot cater for any dietry requirments).£65+bf - Ticket price includes all of the above PLUS a very limited edition long-sleeve t-shirt created for the day.Please wear decent walking boots, a good waterproof and bring along a notepad/sketchbook/phone to collate all the information you'll receive throughout the morning.
