Event Schedule:

* Friday, Nov. 14 | 7:00 PM – Kickoff with a high-energy, 90-minute REFIT workout at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club Gym. All ages and fitness levels welcome; no dance experience needed!

* Saturday, Nov. 15 | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM – Instructor Training & CEUs at the Salvation Army Gym. Open to anyone interested in becoming a REFIT instructor or earning fitness CEUs.During the training, participants will learn how to create engaging, inclusive classes and develop their own authentic teaching style. 

* Sunday, Nov. 16 | 2:00 PM – Rev+Flow Workout at the Raleigh County Community Action Association Building Gym. This 60 minute class is designed to give you great results without the need of high impact movement. The goal is improved flexibility, mobility and balance for all fitness levels. (Yoga Mat and 1-3 lb. weights recommended)
