Front and Back Hip Circle Clinic

This skills-focused clinic is designed to help gymnasts build confidence and perfect technique on one of the most important foundational bar skills: the front and back hip circle. Athletes will work with coaches step-by-step to improve timing, body shaping, and control while learning drills that reinforce proper mechanics and safety.
