Untangled in the Village - Burgh St Peter

These gentle yoga classes offer an invitation to allow your mind & body to become untangled from the demands of daily life.
Our Untangled Yoga sessions within the “triangle ” to serve the local communities including Aldeby, Wheatacre, Toft Monks and beyond. This morning session is located in the Burgh St Peter village hall.

We weave rest in with slow & intentional movements to promote a deep release and reset, ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, tense, or mentally cluttered.
