With carols, readings and music, it will be a thoughtful time to gather, reflect and pay tribute to those who hold a special place in your heart.

Please note that there may be some filming at the event for promotional purposes by the St Elizabeth Hospice team.

Memory Stars
During the service, you will have the opportunity to write a personal message of love and remembrance on a Memory Star, which will be placed on the tree in the church as a lasting tribute.

Together, we will remember loved ones, share treasured memories and find comfort in the support of our community at this special time of year.
