Retreat organiser -

Hi I’m Shelby, I’ve been holding women’s spaces since 2021. I’m a qualified yoga & dance teacher since 2019. I was drawn to yoga and spirituality during a difficult patch in my life, the practices I learned during my YTT, trainings & retreats literally changed my life and supported my transformation into activating my personal growth and empowerment. I can’t wait to share and embody this magic with you.

All food products offered on site are vegan and a full list of ingredients will be provided.

What to wear - we will be sitting, embodiment including gentle floor based yoga and dance. I recommend something that you feel comfortable and free to move in.

What to bring-

Cup with lid for herbal tea

Blankets, yoga mats, bolsters are all provided for your comfort. Feel free to bring a warm layer to wear after dancing.
